LOCATION
The expanding and popular market town of Penrith is conveniently situated on junction 40 of the M6 Motorway, which is the Northern access to the Lake District National Park as well as the connection East along the A66 to Scotch Corner.

The new proposed development site occupies a central location close to Middlegate, one of the town's principal shopping streets with prominent road frontage onto the busy thoroughfare of Brunswick Road. Morrisons supermarket is within approx 75 metres whilst a relatively large public car park lies almost opposite.
